Tracker is a portable soundtracker player.
See the accompanying TeXinfo documentation for more details.

From version 4.29 on, commercial use of tracker is forbidden without
negotiating an agreement with me first.

In particular, I'd appreciate if commercial Linux distributions would
contact me first before distributing tracker... I'd love some free CD-Roms.

The OpenBSD project is explicitly allowed to distribute tracker on its
CD-Roms.

For personal use purposes: I've spent quite some time supporting this
program now. If you use it much, and feel like it, you can send me
some money, or software you've written for the amiga, I won't
refuse it.

If you want to reuse tracker code for personal use, there's no problem
with me. Just don't forget that the original code was written by me,
put an explicit mention of that fact in your sources and runtime program.
Also put a pointer to where people can obtain the original sources of my
program, and don't forget to mention that you changed things.

If you happen to develop shareware software for the amiga,
I would very much like to get a registered version of your
program, whatever it may be.

I don't DEMAND this, mind you. If you don't feel like
it, you are perfectly legitimate in using tracker and not
sending me anything.

Also, you won't get anything better if you do send money.
Let's just say, it acts as an incentive for me to spend
time on tracker and add features/fix bugs.
